What started as a love for natural hair quickly turned into a passion for helping people feel confident, restored, and proud of their crown. My specialties are loc restoration, micro locs, and wicks—and I absolutely love what I do! New Client Consultation (Required) All new clients are required to book a consultation before scheduling a service appointment. This allows me to assess your hair, discuss your goals, and recommend the best service for you. Consultations help ensure proper scheduling time, accurate pricing, and the best results possible. Appointment Policy Thank you for choosing me as your loctician! Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Deposits A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits go toward your total service cost. • Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE but may be applied to one rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee. • No-shows will also be charged a 30% fee before booking future appointments. Late Policy • Please arrive on time to your appointment. • A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed. • Arriving late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and applicable fees may apply. Guests To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed unless previously approved. Payment Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Payment Policy At The Loc SNOB, we proudly offer Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm to provide our clients with flexible payment options. To protect both our clients and our business, the following policy applies to all Buy Now, Pay Later transactions. Full Payment Required at Booking Clients choosing to use a Buy Now, Pay Later service must complete the full service payment through their selected BNPL provider at the time of booking. This requirement ensures that financing has been approved and payment has been successfully processed before any services are rendered. Important Guidelines: * No Pending Approvals: BNPL applications must be fully approved and transactions successfully completed before appointments are confirmed. * No Same-Day Financing: Clients may not wait until the day of their appointment or until services are completed to apply for or finalize BNPL financing. * Payment Confirmation: Appointments are not secured until The Loc SNOB has received confirmation of successful payment. * Declined Applications: If financing is declined, clients must arrange an alternative accepted payment method before their appointment can be confirmed. * Cancellations & Refunds: All cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds remain subject to The Loc SNOB’s established booking policies and the applicable BNPL provider’s terms. Please Note: While clients may make installments to their selected BNPL provider, the full service amount must be processed and approved at booking. Cancellation Policy

To respect my time and other clients, the following cancellation policy is in place: • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and all no-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service. • Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE, but may be applied to one rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. • If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, the deposit will be forfeited and the 30% no-show fee will still apply.
